Shipping & returns

Orders that are shipped to our clinic and can be picked up normally within two - four business days.

We will contact you once the order is ready to be picked up.

Orders shipped directlly from the warehouse to your home are shipped via Purolator.  These fees will vary with your mailing address.

Return Policy:

Retail Items:  Most retail items may be accepted for a return within 5 days of delivery provided products are in the original packaging and are re-sellable.  Seasonal items are not available for a refund.

Any shipping fees incurred are not available for a refund.

Food:  Some foods that are opened may be returned for full refund, please call the clinic for details.

Supplements:  Supplements are not available for any refunds or credits.

Temperature Sensitive Products like ear cleaners, etc. that are directly delivered to a client's home are not available for a refund.
